Well, the Nokia 3110 is not so special in so far as the appearance is concern. In fact it is even trademark as classic. By the way it is designed, you can see nothing that is so special about the phone. Somehow this phone is designed for the average user. It is available in black color only. The price of course is very affordable. But is it worth it?
The Design: As mentioned, the phone is designed in a casual manner similar to any phone. Not much of a hype. It is in the candy bar form. The dimensions are as follows: 108.5 x 45.7 x 15.6 With this size I am sure that everyone will find it easy and comfortable to use. Weighing at 87 grams, surely no problem at all with its size and weight, gripping the phone is easy. The buttons are also large for standard texting or messaging as well as dialing.The Camera: The camera stands at 1.3 megapixel. What is amazing is the 8x zoom capability. Though it has not autofocus so snapping pictures would really need a steady hand and a good lighting condition. Having a night shot mode is not that effective but eventually useful.
Music Player: It has an integrated music player and at the same time and FM player. Again not bad for a classic phone. You can play songs an perhaps listen to FM music when you are bored. A good companion shall we say.Phonebook: Well the phonebook has around 2,000 contacts. Certainly a good number for such a classic.
Despite having this classic tag, the other features somehow makes me say that the phone is not so classic after all. It has Bluetooth connectivity as well as Infrared. And moreover, you can also check your email as well as send instant messaging. Now that is definitely not classic.So for all its features and worth, I do believe that with the Nokia 3110 is a great valuable phone with a great low price. It is also very durable and dependable. It also comes in different color variations which will give you many options . Definitely recommendable.
